Africa 'too weak' to fight H5N1

The arrival of the H5N1 strain of the bird flu virus in Africa is causing international experts particular concern. Officials at the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) say Africa's monitoring systems simply are not adequate to cope effectively with outbreaks.
