Indonesia must cull more birds in areas where the deadly bird flu virus is found if it is to rein in the virus which has killed at least 38 people in the country, experts said.

The world's fourth most populous nation is on track to record the world's highest number of deaths from the H5N1 virus. It currently trails Vietnam, which reported 42 deaths but has not suffered any this year.
