New bird-flu outbreak in southern Russia hits vaccinated fowl

After the death of birds already vaccinated against bird flu, a village in southern Russia has been quarantined. The birds tested postive for H5N1. This has not been the only outbreak in the region. 1.1 million birds in Russia have died of the H5N1 birus and another .3 million have been culled. No human cases of bird flu have been diagnosed in Russia.
